To run an agency you would need these things:
Computer/Laptop: You would need this to make the work for the presentation; I would recommend Apple macs for better quality of using the device
Mouse and keyboard: To use the computer. These come with the apple mac.
Software: E.g. abode to make the presentations this software allows you to use things such as illustrator and Photoshop.
Projector: To present your work. This would be best using NEC projector.
Printer: To print off work or ideas. I would recommend using the Hp Printer
Digital camera: To picture a scene or something you are working on: I would recommend Canon EOS 60D Digital SLR it has a 18 megapixel camera so it has good detail for what you are taking a picture of.
Scanner: To scan what you are working on, I would recommend the S1500M for mac
