Copy right law
Copy right law for graphics would be based if you were going to copy somebody’s graphics design
And it was copyrighted and you don’t take it without buying it or asking permission to use it they could fine you. A scenario would be if you were making a logo and you were to make it look like a certain premade logo e.g. Coca cola logo, if you were to make a logo like that it would they could fine you.
Trade mark
A trademark, trade mark, or trade-mark is a recognizable sign, design or expression which identifies products or services of a particular source from those of others. The trademark owner can be an individual, business organization, or any legal entity. A trademark may be located on a package, a label, a voucher or on the product itself. A scenario would be kind of the same if you were going to make a logo like a business already or copying it they could take action
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property is a legal concept which refers to creations of the mind for which exclusive rights are recognized. Under intellectual property law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets, such as musical, literary, and artistic works; discoveries and inventions. Scenario here would is if you were going to invent something and you copied somebody else’s invention and they had already published it you would not be able it publish it yourself

My
customer wanted for me to get rid of the face and have a plain background so I
just choose a black background
bottom and put the children jumping at the bottom
My customer wanted me to remove the coloured back ground and out a normal font on and space the text out
